Peice left over after control mod???!!!

Hey guys I remember seeing this in a thread somewhere out I can't figure out we're the left peice goes? I figured out the smaller one of the two but yeah if anyone could point out where it goes and if it's important

this is from the same circuit board that the display is on.. if looking at the display it goes on the far right side of the board. In this video you can see it on the circuit board around the 3:54 seconds into the video... Hope this helps
