Phantom 3 - Does it have internal Memory to record video like the Mavic Air? I know the Phantom 3 is older, but I'm trouble shooting for a client.

No it doesnt. It just has an SD card.

Mavic Air and Mavic 2's have internal memory.

Thanks. My client's PC does not recognize his Phantom 3. Do you have to use a SD Card reader or can the Phantom 3 itself be plugged in to a PC?

You can do either. It's easiest (and faster) to remove the memory card from the Phantom and insert it into a memory card reader in the computer.

What model Phantom 3? be careful with it, if youre not careful you can fry the gimbal PCB very easily while trying to repair it.
