Im just doing some work with Dashware, and seeing as how PLV gives a lot more columns than Airdata im using that, but ive noticed that OSD.zSpeed [MPH] gives a negative figure when the quad is climbing and a positive number when its descending, i did check that Z is the up and down axis so its definately the right column, is this a bug? or am i using the wrong column.

That's correct, below DJI's coordinate direction... arrows are pointing in the positive direction.
