This is not a comment on the video except for the music copyright issue. After being notified of music rights by my You Tube submissions several years ago, I think they now allow my videos that have copyrighted music, but I receive absolutely no monetization for them. I then switched to Vimeo and was ok for several years but then asked to take down video because of copyright issue.
I guess that either we buy a music plan or not get monetized is the real issue.

Monetized or not, YT will take it down (if you don't) but before doing so, they will let you replace the track with non copyrighted music

When I posted it said that the music track was ok to be used on YT but yes you are right
