Pilot and Mavic 2 needed for a documentary end of July Latvia & Belarus

A colleague is filming a documentary towards the end of July in the Baltic region (Riga, Latvia -> Minsk Belarus with maybe a stop in Lithuania somewhere. Does anyone work in that area that has gear, talent and local law awareness that can assist?
