PL filters for Mavic Air

Do PL filters really work on drones? I use these filters on my camera for landscape photos. Are they of any value on a drone that changes position?

They work on a drone camera the same as any other camera. That means you must pre-position the filter angle for the shot. They are generally not recommended for video since the sun angle will likely change and affect color saturation (especially sky). You can see the sky darken and lighten if you just spin in place. This makes it hard to maintain a consistent look if editing pieces of video together.

If that is the case and you pre position the filter wouldn't that filter position change once the drone is in the air? Seems to me it's a hit and miss situation that makes me wonder if they are worth the investment. Thanks for your reply any further info is appreciated.
