I own the spark and the Mavic. There is no comparison. Primarily for me the Mavic is just a lot less nerve-racking when it's in the air, as I know that I'm not going to get a drop out on the connection. The spark uses Wi-Fi. The Mavic uses another system called occusync. Occusink is 100 times more reliable than Wi-Fi. If I only have one drone to own, it would be the Mavic. For me, The spark is not a true drone, it's a selfie taking machine with a 12 min flight range. . Mavic is a 27 min rock solid platform and you never get connection issues, I'll probably sell the spark. I don't trust it.
