Thats not 1000 meter its between 4-5 hundred. Occasionally ill go up higher snap a pic then return down. Im too close to airports to mess around at 1000 anything

You just have to use manual focus for low light shots. It helps to zoom in, set the focus, and zoom out to take the shot.

Due to the cold atmosphere and strong sunshine, yesterday was an exceptionally bright day. This photo was taken from the closest point you can legally get to the Rotterdam Skyline (Any closer and you would be in the CTR of the airfield).
I like the composition; the diagonal lines, the horizon, the greenhouses, the contrast between metropole and farmland... yeah, pretty happy with how the picture turned out!

Looks cool, I used to do them once in a while, but you’ve inspired me to try a few with the MP. Did you step up the saturation, or is the high color depth just a result of the HDR?

When I do a tilt-shift, I’ll typically blur the lower 1/4-1/3rd and the top 1/4-13rd, using Lightroom, with a graduation that blurs more at the edge than in the middle.

Thanks!And yeah, I increased the saturation, and added noise reduction to try and give the houses a painted look. And that sounds awesome I’d like to check out your photos. I’ll give that a try as well thanks, I wasn’t quite sure how to blend it all together naturally.
