Power 1000 and 2000 Connection?

Can anyone give me some in site on what I'm doing wrong here. I'v went thru the Assistant 2 install and connected to the power 1000 with my computer and updated. When connecting the power 2000 to the 1000 thru the SDC port and powering on the 1000 the 2000 show a battery level and stays on but I'm reading a error 3 and it doesn't seem to be operational. ?

Thank you for the link mavic3usa it worked!! I'm glad I wasn't the only one chasing their tail trying to get it to work. Now it does. Thanks gain
