Power system hardware error

I have been using the mini for 7 or 8 flights, with no problems. Today i took mini out for a photo job and fly and took two pictures landed OK with no problems. Aircraft was left sitting on ground for 20 min and when powered up a power system hardware error 30210, with instructions to restart drone, this does not work after several attempts same error is always present. Anyone have any ideas on what problem could be? aircraft is only 4 weeks old.

I have downloaded export file with DJi assistant 2 for Mavic

Was the aircraft turned on when left sitting for an extended time period? Since cooling is limited on the mini, it shouldn't remain powered up without flying for an extended period.

Do you still get the error after the aircraft has been resting for a while and had a chance to cool down?

If it was sitting powered on then attempted launch with same battery, how much charge was left on that 2nd launch attempt?

I have a brand new mini 2 and get the same battery power code. Says to restart the drone, Can't take off
