I bought a Smart Controller and after having watched various Youtubes on how to download videos or pics from the Smart Controller to my Iphone (resp. on my DJ GO4 app) I failed to do so; When I want to scan the Smart Controller I get the message: " Unable to join the network "Smart Controller_344d". I can confirm that my Bluetooth as well WIFI is on. I already deleted the app and downloaded it again, but did not work. Also, I made sure that my phone allows to take pictures and hence is able to scan the QR Code on the Smart Controller.
Does anyone knows what goes wrong?
