Problem with dji mavic 3 account

Hi guys, I need help with my "dji mavic 3". I can't start it with the new remote because it says the drone has an account, but unfortunately the account and remote were lost. Is there any way to restore the drone through software?

p.s also tried to do something with dji assistant 2, but could not reset the drone to factory settings

Sorry NO there is no way to "restore" it.
If you are the original purchaser and have simply lost your password, You can contact DJI, They will send you a code that will allow you to change the password.
If you are NOT the original purchaser or Holder of the account You will need to find that person and get the accounts password. you then need to remove that drone from that account.
You can then create your own account and "bind" the Drone to it.
If you cannot find the account holder........You can sell it for parts only on Ebay it will never fly..

This has nothing to do with the controller and everything to do with the DJI account created as soon as the drone and controller were booted up for the first time.

The drone itself is registered to the previous owner who hasn't taken their account details off the registration.

As mentioned: no chance of hacking your way round this problem and if you can't prove legitimate ownership... DJI definitely won't free up your Mavic 3.

If you are the original owner, on the new RC log enter your old email used on the previous RC then select reset password. This should allow you create a new password and use the drone IF you are the original owner.
