Problem with my dji mavic air 2, can anyone help me please?

I updated my DJI drone with a low battery, and before it was finished my drone died, after I turned it on the drone could no longer connect to the PC and also the cellphone, and the remote, and the gimbal also wouldn't rotate, there was only a noisy sound inside.

It says plainly on the controller to make sure the battery is full enough to complete the update. It also says not to turn the drone off during an update. You should never try an update with a low battery. What you have now is probably a doorstop.

not a smooth move on your part ,even your windows pc will screw up killing power in the middle any update

Sadly, firmware updates are rarely if ever needed and usually cause more problems than they fix. An old lesson.. learned the hard way.
