Problem with remote connection error

I just switched from a iphone xs max to a galaxy s10plus, now periodically I get "remote connection error" I have ditched the cable that comes with the Mavic and am using a pretty hardcore type c cable connected to the USB on the bottom of the remote and it seems more reliable but still a issue, it's a thick Samsung branded cable, I can still control it from the rc but no image, nothing no telematics, my question is anyone else using a galaxy s10 and having issues? I own a spark as well and am having a weak signal issue after the switch. I feel ios is a superior os to use with dji, to bad as I love the bright screen on my Samsung better. Thanks in advance

I use the S9 plus, absolutely no connection issues, but mostly fly with Huawei T3 10" tablet, old eyes need a bigger display.....
