I’m having problems connecting DJI goggles to Mavic Pro...with a cable and wireless. Pro doesn’t seem to see the goggles or visa versa.

Yes. It doesn’t connect. I haven’t had the time to contact DJI help yet. I have the most current firmware loaded for the goggles, drone, controller and Assistant 2. Can you have the iPhone connected to the controller while connecting/using the goggles?

To update the Goggles to the latest firmware, make sure you
download the version of DJI Assistant directly from the Goggles Downloads area
of the DJI website, (not just any DJI Mavic download area, –but the Goggles Downloads area).
Unfortunately, my sense is that not all versions of DJI Assistant are the same
and there is not an obvious indication of this.
Some Assistant versions are for the Mavic aircraft, some for RE Goggles and
some for regular Goggles.

Connect the goggles (only) to your computer and update the goggles firmware
with DJI Assistant.
After updating, have the RC controller and Mavic Zoom powered up and connected.
Power up the Goggles.
Follow the DJI website for general instructions on connecting to your Mavic.
An important item is in the Goggles Settings under the Link menu, where you select "Mavic 2" as the type aircraft to connect to.

Looks like I am late to the game.
I my just purchased goggles and they are not connecting to my Mavic Pro Platinum drone and controller. I have viewed dozens of DJI & 3rd party tutorials none of the techniques have worked.

I turn on Drone, controller & goggles. Drone and controller are linked at this point. I go into goggle menu and choose to link directly from goggles to drone. Push link button on drone, controller drops out no longer connected, goggles do their countdown thing and times out, not connected.

DJI support video shows a main screen where tools/settings/linking settings menu should appear. No such display appears.

What goggles are these, original white or RE ?
I just couldn't find anything on model G1S searching googles specs, with both seemingly obsolete now.
Both white and RE are pretty much the same for connection though.
