Prop contacting body? :o

It looks like the loose piece allowed the arm to flex up, allowing it to strike the body with the prop.

I've tried to flex the arm up that far by hand without success. I'm sure I COULD wrench it that far but it would not end well for any of the parts involved; I have a hard time imagining it happening in flight without the arm coming entirely off.

Top of the pin is in place and looks good:

Removed the pin and everything looks solid on the inside as well:

I've been busy with work, but I glued the thing tuesday night, and today I took a brief, but successful, test flight, with no issues of any kind.
