Uuuum I know it is nit picking but I am slightly concerned about them apparently saying " send it in per the refresh package" if the prop replacement and IMU calibration did not fix the problem then I would have thought it should be sent in for assessment rather than a self declared care refresh fix. Might it not have been a warranty problem?If that didn’t work then I would have to send it in per the refresh package (which I have.)
Anyhow it's sorted now so .....
OMM's post #4 also brings up the point that flying backwards can sometimes be useful as it relieves some of the load on the rear props. This stems from the period when the combo's rear props were the ones most susceptable to being deformed.
