PSA - FAA Registration Expiring

Just a quick note... if you registered yourself with the FAA when the registration initially was required, your registration expires now or soon. It was good from 2015 - 2018.

Log into your FAA account here and reprint your registration. It should now show it expires in 2020.

It was free to those people who registered right away. The FAA now charges $5 every 3 years.

The two free years may actually be because we were supposed to get 3 years, and we were supposed to get refunded our $5 as first adopters.

I'm getting almost 5 years, registered 1-15-16 , expires 12-12-20 It was the usual government waste, had to pay $5 then it was refunded, cost them more than the $5 they refunded. Why not just free?
