Can the battery for a Air2 S be used in a mini2?

No. The Air2 S battery is a completely different form factor, bigger, heavier and with a different connector. The one on top is for the Air2S, below is the mini 2. I think the controllers are the same, but everything else (props, batteries, etc) is different.
