question about Remote controller Settings

Hi all, I have a question, any one knows how to change the Remote controller Settings to fly in reverse (as if the back of the mavic was the nose, and every thing it is in like mode 2),. try to do it in custom but do not work. sorry for my english, I hope you understand what I mean. tnks in advance.

Take a look at "Course Lock" and "Home Lock"... I think these modes are as close as you're going to get.

i.e: I'm going inside a moving car with my remote, and the camera points toward the car, going at the same speed.

Enable flying backwards in settings.
I've flown like this on 4wd trips tracking vehicles.

The flying backwards feature applies to Active Track mode. If the drone can't keep up with the car, it will swivel around and shoot from behind the vehicle. But - yes - initially at least, it should maintain a shot similar to the image you posted above.
