Question on the Mavic Pro Controller

i only got my pro yesterday, but it sounds like the micro usb slot on your controller is broken. i still use an old abused samsung galaxy s3, and it has the same issues. try wriggling the plug around a bit when connected to a computer (whilst listening for the audio promt) or atleast look into the micro usb port and ensure theres no dirt, lint or crud in there. good luck man
