Quick question. Im replacing the mainboard (firmware) SD card. What is the Format?

I think it is is Fat32. Not exFaT.
What is the best way to format it. Can i use mavic as a Drive to format it and then delete the folders?

it's a 16gb lexar, came with the mavic. I'm formatting it fat32, 4096 allocation size on PC.
Is this correct? Also I need a Volume Label.

You can format in the Mavic.
If you use your PC simply fast format in exFAT & name it what you want.

You may get more help if you don't post things like “16 views. It's a simple bloody question “ Could be people don't know the answer.

You are talking about the internal SD card that’s not removable right? Not the one that you usually write photos and videos to correct? That’s what I took your “motherboard (firmware)” to mean. Are you sure a 16 GB will work for that? I thought it had to be a 4 or 8 GB card. I assume it’s Fat32 but I don’t really know.

The old ones came with 4gb cards glued in, but you know this.

It wont recognize the extra card space of a 16gb. Well, it might, dunno
point is it doesnt need to.

*Fat32 (4096) format done with Windows Format worked for me
