My first tripod mode test (shown below) was under some trees behind my house. As a new flyer, I used Tripod mode to make sure I didn't make any fast/jerky movements that would get me in trouble in this area.

I like it too, though I learned quickly that Tripod mode can get you into trouble too. Not having that fast movement to get you out of a jam, like when youre drifting in too close to those branches, is thrill inducing. And if you haven't tried cinematic mode yet- wheeeee, be prepared to lose your brakes altogether, it's the air equivalent to driving on ice.

Very nice...back in my B&W days I was given an entire gallery wall for my graveyard shots. You also chose the perfect day for these types of videos/picture (i.e. gloomy)

Yes, it's arms were soaking wet when I eventually landed. It was grim.
