Are you using an Android or an Apple device? I use both now, and my suggestion for smooth DJI Go4 experience is, use an Apple device. They are helpless when used under sunlight that you may need to use a hood, but Go4 is very stable in ios.

Just reset Camera Settings. It will usually solve the problem.

This problem reoccurred a few days ago "Radio Channel Quality Poor" so I went back to all the great responses I received from my original post (with the exception from someone called "Larkin") and followed their suggestions. None solved the problem. As a last resort I called DJI tech support and after only a 15 minute wait connected with a tech rep who suggested I try a different usb/micro cable between the controller and my Samsung Tab S tablet. Lo and behold the problem seems at least for now solved. Never occurred to me a cable like this could go bad but apparently that was the case. Plus a lot less expensive than switching over to an iOS tablet. Cheers...
