Ram mount or similar way to hold controller

Any suggestions to safely hold the controller and phone rather like a sat nav on motorbike or bicycle handlebars ?

I would stick a ram ball mount on the back of the controller and then clamp it to whatever your heart desires. Too bad there is not a thread mount in the case. Maybe v 2.0

I just purchased this, it shows up today, will give it a try and report back. I have been Quad'ing and holding the remote in one hand is not safe. I hope it will hold the phone and controller from top and bottom, keeping them from separating.

Interesting, I did wonder if a tablet mount could be adapted to hold phone and controller.
Not keen on sticking anything to the controller but gopro style mounts were another idea.
Thing is you'd typically only want it on there for a few minutes so it needs to be easily removed to stash in bag again.

I am thinking the MavMount on a RAM handlebar mount would work, the MavMount has the extra hole to accommodate a threaded RAM adapter.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw this post F6Rider. I have a RAM Mount for iPod on my Harley.

Ok, got it mounted, here is some footage as well as some pics (all taken with the Mavic of course). Only issue is the top two grippers land on the top wheels. I don't think ill be messing with those when riding, but it may be an issue for some. Went for a neighborhood ride in active track and the controller was very secure as well as very visible, Its nice to be able to steer the quad with both hands now.
