Range in CE Vs non-CE countries?

I'm assuming that if you live in Europe, the 8km range DJI claim is going to be severely curtailed. Anyone have info on how different an experience flying the Pro 2 will be for someone living in Europe?

Even with the EU, I've been hearing it depends on the exact country/place you want to fly in.

In CE mode, DJI claims that max range of Mavic 2 is 5 km.

Its going to be the same as with occusync 1. Roughly half FCC.

1 was 5/3, 2 is 8/5 claimed. So you're supposed to get in CE mode what FCC had with the MP.
