Hibernating MAI until better weather and better news on Covid. Much information on AC battery storage... anyone any information on the best way to keep RC battery in good condition? TIA

Thanks for your advice. Mine is around 75% so won’t recharge. As I said, much advice on AC batteries, thanks again?

The wording to me appears contradictory. The second bullet says press the batter charge button and then the 3rd bullet goes on to tell you not to. Can anyone explain?

Don't unnecessarily press the battery power button. Some people press the battery button daily to check if the battery started/completed discharging.

Don't unnecessarily press the battery power button. Some people press the battery button daily to check if the battery started/completed discharging.

If you push the button, time to self discharge will reset. My thinking, wait until after 10 days. They should have auto discharged by then, then check and charge to 50% if getting low.

Seems to be some confusion regarding my original question. Asked for advice about RC battery, RADIO CONTROLLER BATTERY. Not AC battery , AIRCRAFT BATTERY. Thanks for your comments.

Most of the tips I shared above also apply to the RC battery. You can ignore the parts about the battery auto discharging since RC batteries do not auto discharge.
