RC not showing in correct position on GO4 Map - why?

It happened, others acknowledged, DJI acknowledged by sending me a beta to test specifically for my observation. If they disagreed with my observation, and my only observation was the offset, they wouldn't have sent me a beta.

Sure .. I was quite involved finding lost drones and finding several flights with jumping homepoints that DJI had to fix with new firmware but none with any offset.
So of course I'll accept your (confused) account without seeing any supporting data.

You seem to be confusing Go updates and version versus Firmware version.
Go: 4.3.25
Firmware for M2: .510

So I checked setting HP to RC position outdoors, got GPS too weak on my Samsung tablet. Didn't try my HTC phone.

Flying my M2P with Samsung Tab A 2019 tablet ... Since the last update (... 051) I have noticed ... it has happened to me more than once ... that the point of origin of the flight (return point established for the RTH) disappears from the map ...
The location of the tablet was activated ...
But nevertheless the RTH has worked perfectly ...

That's firmware version, not app version. This problem would be an app, not a firmware issue.
OK, the problem could be in the controller, but more likely it's in the app.

Do you happen to get "GPS weak" if you change HP to RC position?
