RC pro controller screen going blank.Have latest firmware updates on RC and on Mavic 3 .Fully charged batteries and updated Dji Fly app.

RC will go blank even when drone is very close. Never know when it will happen.
Drone has returned home each time .But very scary to suddenly lose contact with drone . New Scandisk Exctreme pro SD card in RC and Mavic 3

You should stop using it and send it in for repair.
DJI charges are reasonable.

Yes go online on fill out a case file. I had my M3 back in two weeks-out of warranty with camera (cable issue).

More on my Pro Controller
I turned off video cache in settings and now my controller is doing great .Have tested it with same Mavic 3 and worked great on 5 flights of over 35 mins each. Maybe this will help someone with same problem.
