Rc2 controller

Hi, brand new to drones. I have dji mini 4, with an Rc2 controller. On the controller screen there has appeared top right and up/down arrow in red?. When I tap on it a message appears saying ihave no up/down controller and no forward/back control. I have tried the drone and everything appears to be working OK. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation. Bob.

Could that be you are in sport mode and no sensors are active.
