I think you should incorporate the "25.22 acres" and the "1.2 miles from I-24" text into the video. Taking those out, it feels like it's missing something.
In the original video, you have 5 scenes plus the name at the end for a total of 6 cuts. If you took off about 2 seconds from each (between 1s and 3s depending on the scene), I think that would be perfect. Make it about 36 seconds: 30s of images then 6s at the end showing the realty name.
