My Mavic Air had not been used for 6 months and when I tried to fly it, it had an IMU and compass errors that I could not correct. Not hoping for much, I sent it in for repair and instead of fixing the problem, they sent me a whole new drone for $73 (and serial number did not have an r in it, so it was a new one). Then they offered me care refresh for $69. So although I had to spend some money, I thought this was pretty good service and the whole thing took only two weeks.
