Red controller icon on map

Hi all. I've searched for this and can't find a reference. On the DJI Go 4 app, your position (the position of the controller) is supposed to be blue in color. Yesterday mine turned red. I presume this is telling me I have a controller error. Has anyone else experienced it and what was the resolution? Mavic Air 1. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't assume that.
It's only visible on the map display and isn't a logical way to display a controller error.
I know I've seen it blue as well as red.
I never worked out what it meant but there was never a problem.

I think you have something there. By device, are you thinking my tablet / controller can't see the drone GPS, or it can't see it's own?

Device = phone or tablet
