Hi Folks
I crashed my MA2 and broke the gimbal.
My own fault. Flying sans collision avoidance.
Paid the Refresh fee and got an email from UPS with a tracking number.
That was 5th Nov and tracking has not updates since. (8 days ago)
I checked the DJI site logged in but do not see any reference to my case.
Anyone know if this is normal.

DJI can't make any updates to your case until they received your quad. Even after receiving it, may take a business day or two for case to update.

Tracking number is with the shipper which you said is UPS. Check with them. That assumes though you used the shipping label DJI provided to you.

I cannot see any way to download a label from the link sent
eventhough it says download the label.
I still have the drone.
I will phone UPS tomorrow.
 
Wait, you haven't shipped it yet? No wonder you don't have any tracking or case changes as nothing has changed yet on your end.
Suggest contacting DJI to get the shipping label sent another way. It might be available in your case details on the web.
 
Finally got this sorted by UPS.
Label would not print so I could not get any further.
Possibly caused by my ad blocker.
They are collection today so I'm sorted.
