"Refresh" - Should I or do I need to?

Probably a stupid question:

I was looking to see if there were any firmware upgrades for my MPP. I started DJI Assistant 2. It showed that I have the most recent firmware installed...however, it says "REFRESH" on the side. Should I? Must I? What does "Refresh" mean? Does it mean that something needs to be refreshed?

All it does is re-install the current firmware. Handy if you swap in a battery that has older firmware still on it; this button will let you upgrade it to latest.
