Register remote id number in drone zone

After my air 2s was updated I tried to register in drone zone and put in my RID serial number and all I get is invalid. Any ideas?

I asked DJI the same question; The answer I got was if the serial # has 20 digits, it is just that. If it has 14 (My Air 2S did) you first put: 1581F then the 14 digits and then zero at the end.
Hopefully that works.

Thanks, I have 20 digits to start with and every time I enter it fails. It starts with 1581F but does not work. I guess some how I will have to contact FAA.

I had that problem and fixed it by making all zero's instead of letter o and that solved the problem.

I added the 1581F at the front and the 0 at the end and it changed my RID status to Yes. Thank you for the helpful info
