When you register under the FAA's The Exception for Recreational Flyers, are you registering drone, or is it by pilot? I have a Phantom 3 registered and I wanted to add my M2P. When I login to the faadronezone site, it lists my current registration but there is no provision to add another. The site makes multiple references to register the drone, but the certificate does not specially identify my Phantom. Does my current registration cover any drone that I fly that meets the qualifications?

As a recreational (not Part 107) pilot you are registering yourself. That one FAA number then needs to be put on any and all drones you own. No need to further register anything.
