Is it possible to change remotes on a drone? I want to use a DJI Mini 2 remote on a Mavic mini drone but I don't know if there may be compatibility issues. Please someone be so kind to let me know.

Not even close to compatible, end of story.

One other point just incase you are thinking of it, nor is it possible to use the FCC compliant version of the controller with a CE compliant drone and vice versa.
