Remote control issue controlling gimbal function.

I have a 2 week old Platinum Pro. The right dial will not move the gimbal right to left or left to right. The remote chirps turning the dial. The left dial for up and down works perfectly. I have recalibrated the remote 3 x. No help

On start up, the gimbal goes up and down and side to side.

Any ideas of what to do?

The right dial is used to adjust the camera ISO or shutter speed. It cannot move the gimbal left or right.

OK thank you. I would have thought that when I contacted support, they would have told me that.
