Remote control signal loss

I ha e just jhad my drone in the shop for once over due to issues i was having with gps and visual sensors.

I am getting weak controller signal and connection issues, i figure if it has just had a once over it shouldnt have issues, any idea what might be causing this?

Perhaps they forgot to connect one or both antennas, or broke them?
