Remote will not charge for my Mavic Pro 2

I found that I couldn't charge mine either and everything looked fine - Problem? I was putting the USB micro in upside down! It was bending the center piece a little but it still fit in fine because it is not shaped for it. It took a while but I finally learned it is not USB C or lightning where those can go in either direction.

That port looks corroded did you try using an electronics cleaner (RadioShack item) on it. About once a month I have to clean the port on my daughters iPhone. I use a wooden toothpick dipped in the cleaning liquid be careful and don’t get it too wet make sure it’s turned off. If it’s still under warranty I would send it back to DJI.

Just to update my remote control issue. After speaking with dji & heliguy.com who I bought my M2P from. All parties agreed I needed to send my rc back for repair. I have been at work for two days so haven't been able to send it off. I have now just got back from work & started to box up my controller for shipping & it has decided to work. Turned on showing 52% battery life & is now on charge with no issue.... Do I trust this controller now or not??

Agree Totally. Send it back. Intermittent unexplained lack of function is a wreck waiting to happen.

What @MichiganMavic and @Thomas B said. It is difficult or sometimes impossible to diagnose but I would be scared to death to go flying with an intermittent RC.
