RTH in sports mode.

Hi all. When flying in P mode and if needed to hit RTH switch will the mavic RTH if sports mode switched on before RTH engaged ? Or does it revert back to P mode when RTH engaged?

Hi all. When flying in P mode and if needed to hit RTH switch will the mavic RTH if sports mode switched on before RTH engaged ? Or does it revert back to P mode when RTH engaged?

When RTH starts, it goes from Sport into P-GPS mode for the return trip. This means it won't try going over its P-GPS speed (22mph if OA is on, 30mph if OA is off), but it also means that if you lose signal or something in Sport mode, obstacle detection will be on while it's coming back to you.
If you cancel the return to home, it'll revert to Sport mode again.
