Quick newbie question. I'm on the rooftop of my building. I make this my RTM location. Is the RTM Altitude based on my launch position, or sea level?

The RTH Altitude is always the altitude over top of the takeoff point.

I live at 4500' above sea level... I hope RTH is not above sea level as I have mine set at 60m. :)

That is, it could not be above sea level.

The altitude is displayed as height, or H on the Go 4 app. It always starts at zero regardless of your altitude above sea level. In fact, if you launch on a hilltop and go down, your height will display as a negative number. Your RTH altitude is relative to your home point.
