Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and DJI GO 4

I got the error message "Unfortunately DJI GO 4 has stopped" When I started the app DJI GO 4 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. I have never ran this APP on this TAB before. Does anyone had this issue before? how do I fix it?

have you tried unnstalling the app and reinstalling...if it still causes you problems try the app i put up... in my other posts...(patched dji go )
