What do you think.. I been a Apple man for years but with this CPU overload issue on the IPAD plus which one is better in sun light?

The iPad. The CPU overloading has not been a problem with the most recent app versions (as well as the older app versions). It appears that DJI screwed up the app at one point by introducing a coding change, making it run excessively and overloading the CPU. It seems to have resolved that in later updates. You can also always roll back your app to earlier versions if you need to (though it's much harder on iOs than with Android).

Plus, DJI supports iOs much more than Android. Just look at the inclusion of the new flight modes. It was available to iOs users long before it was for Android users. And Android apps have been crashing more consistently since the Mavic came out (though it seems to be much more stable for folks in recent versions).
