I am impressed that the camera could capture such clear images of the bird. In the video the fly past starts at 12min or thereabouts

I live in Japan on the water near Tokyo and we have these guys all over. They are just curious and like to play. They are Black Kites or Umi Taka (seahawk). We get a kick out of watching them and crows play together. They are territorial and will always inspect an intruder. They are scavengers, not killers. That is not to say they WON'T attack but none have bothered my drone, just came around to inspect.
