Scary temporary gimbal failure - any ideas

Video below of a scary situation I faced last weekend when my Mavic Pro gimbal failed temporarily. Any ideas on cause and what I can do to help avoid in future? Thanks!

The gimbal reset starts at 2m4s into the video.

It's a known glitch and it happened regardless of whatever FW you have.
Did it happened by any chance when the video file is getting close to 4 gig?

Pretty sure not as I’m running at 1080p and it was only a 12min flight.

So if it’s a known glitch I should expect it randomly until it’s fixed by DJI?

What FW are you running? Here is what FW version v01.03.1000 was supposed to have fixed.

It has been known to happen. Under various conditions and circumstances. And some resets are quick events (gimbal freaks out once) or longer, just like what you've shown... what's Interesting in your case, camera seems to have continued to record. Whenever it's happened to me in the past, recording will always stop.

I personally think any amount of firmware updates won't solve it. Because many (most) people don't have the issue. So why would some people running the same or similar set ups experience it? It's faulty hardware on DJIs part.
