Filmed this over 2 nights as I tried to capture the new moon but cloud hampered my efforts on the first night although I got some really nice cloud effects with the moon trying to break through as well as the monument lightshow being tested out ahead of the pride march a few days later. 2nd night I managed to capture the new moon in all it's glory. Hope you enjoy the video.

Very nice! I really like the monument with the cloud obscured moon @ :55! Very beautiful. Do the normally do the light changes on the monument or was this a special occasion?

Thank you. The first night was a let down in terms of what I set out to film but turned out to give me footage I didn't expect.

The colour changing lights was actually a rehearsal for a pride march a few days later. I didn't know anything about it and just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
