Am sure I read somewhere the NFZ was increased due to POTUS being there- could be wrong but vaguely remember 30nm normally but 40nm if POTUS there?

I think they’re just reminding you that TFR’s apply to drones and they will be watching.
You can be sure they’ll have a couple aireoscopes around.
Just don’t do it.
