Okay, so I've heard so many different stories about the DJI repair times now. I know for a period no one was getting their items back but not sure if that is still the case. Has anyone recently sent anything in to DJI and what has the turnaround times been?

If you send in the Air 3 or Air 3S those are two I keep hearing about getting quicker turnaround times.

I have a Mavic 3 I'd like to get looked at but hoping it doesn't get stuck there.

DJI is not supplying the repair depots Here. and replacements are coming from Canada. There is a shortage of Parts at DJI Centers here, and in some cases you face a longer than normal time to get Repairs. Write your Representative.

For what its worth..DJI doesn't repair Drones. They just ship you a refurb. (Unless you have an Enterprise Model with a service contract.).

A friend uses Adorama's Extend warranty and Protection plan since the DJI stoppage here. It cost more, only one total loss replacement, or as many repairs as needed until the cost equals the price of the drone.
Anyway, recently he sent a Mini 4 Pro in for repair (with requested damage images), they provided the label, and received tracking information on the replacement in transit before the drone delivered to them..

I sent my Mavic 4 Pro w heavy damage to DJI in Canada. They sent a replacement within 5 days including shipping time. I’ve seen posts in other groups that US turnaround was under 5 days as well. It probably depends on the model, inventory and issue.

Hi, Recently sent in Mavic 4 pro with a faulty right front arm (clicking noise) under warranty, Excellent customer service with DJI and very fast turnaround. Less than a week from drop off via Post Office to receiving replacement brand new unit.

DJI in Australia is very fast with repairs/replacement - only a few days; less than a week, with constant contact & updates.
I understand that the US has problems, though.

Agree. DJI in Australia is also brilliant when using Care Refresh. If you live near a major city that has a DJI store, you can just pop into that store to drop off your faulty drone and pick up your Care Refresh replacement. No need to use mail and have to wait. I lodged a Care Refresh claim last week and had a brand new replacement in my hands the very same day.
